I work for a delivery company and Went to the dollarama at 525 9th east to do a pick up today. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the packaging requirements and the label was missing. The manager from 1 water street was there, not only did she resolve the issue but she also worked with the employees in a kind and understanding manner which in turn ended up being a solid team effort leading to them learning how to do this and me being able to continue on in a timely fashion.
