I was pretty disappointed coming here today with my children. We are visiting from out of town and staying across the street at the Radisson. After repeating myself 5-6 times on my order the lady still got it wrong. She was very unfriendly. When we got the meal the fries were tasting a little old so I asked my son to go back and ask kindly for some fresh fries. The man took a fry out of his box, ate it and said “what’s wrong with these?” Very unprofessional and rude!
This store used to be good under old management (Doug I think the guy was) now it's a joke. Too slow, get order wrong every time, give wrong food every time I've been here in the last 4 weeks.
Waste of time and waste of money. Mac Donald's should be better than this.
I was in McDonald's drive threw this morning like I am most mornings and it took over a half hour to get threw! This is not the first time I've had to wait this long, it's pathetic and I won't being back. The kicker after waiting that long most days is that when I get my coffee half the time it's made wrong lol. They need to get someone in place that can manage the store properly.
