I have nothing but good things to say about the spa. I came to the spa a couple years back with my Range. My husband said I destroyed the vehicle. I had little scratches here, needed a good cleaning and also my bumper was a little pulled out. They did an amazing job!! Car came out brand new!!! Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent.
