Land Lord is a Nice guy but has a habit of walking in apartments when no one is home. Sometimes he leaves a note letting you know he was there. Other times neighbors tell us. No one seems to complain about it officially, but everyone knows he does it. I don't think I have anything to worry, even though it is unnerving. If that doesn't bother you, this is a great place.
